Terms of Service

The rules and responsibilities that govern bidding, selling, and using Auction It SA.

·All bids are binding. By placing a bid you agree to pay the full hammer price plus applicable buyer's commission, VAT, and delivery fees if you are the winning bidder.
·Bids are placed in predefined increments. The system accepts the lowest increment required to keep you in the lead when using proxy bidding.
·Auction It SA reserves the right to withdraw any lot before or during the auction, refuse any bid, and cancel or reschedule an auction at its discretion.
·Anti-snipe (popcorn) bidding applies: if a bid is placed within the final minutes of a lot, the end time is automatically extended to give other bidders a fair chance to respond.
·A reserve price may be set on certain lots. If the reserve is not met, the lot remains unsold.
