Terms of Service

The rules and responsibilities that govern bidding, selling, and using Auction It SA.

Last updated: July 2026 路 Version 1.0

  • All bids are binding. By placing a bid you agree to pay the full hammer price plus applicable buyer's commission, VAT, and delivery fees if you are the winning bidder.
  • Bids are placed in predefined increments. The system accepts the lowest increment required to keep you in the lead when using proxy bidding.
  • Auction It SA reserves the right to withdraw any lot before or during the auction, refuse any bid, and cancel or reschedule an auction at its discretion.
  • Anti-snipe (popcorn) bidding applies: if a bid is placed within the final minutes of a lot, the end time is automatically extended to give other bidders a fair chance to respond.
  • A reserve price may be set on certain lots. If the reserve is not met, the lot remains unsold.
